I recently found I could no longer access “Abergele Noticeboard” one of the largest Abergele Town forums. I have not been told anything about the reasons for the ban. I was a little annoyed at first, and then almost immediately stopped being concerned….. Until it then came to light that it wasn’t just myself, it was my whole family, at least those with the surname O’Hanlon that had been removed from the forum.
I have attempted to resolve this, as it can only be by mistake that the administrator would ban my family members, but after a week now I or other banned O’Hanlon’s have received no responses from the administrator. I do not know anything about the administration of the group but I do hope they will reconsider the blanket ban of all O’Hanlon’s.
Anyhow, the ban was a wake up call for me, plans I have had for a while to set up this site were rushed along and I created my own forum on facebook. The aim of the site and the forum, is much the same as the other Abergele forums on facebook. To help the community of Abergele. It will also give me a chance to respond to recent and continuing accusations and allegations against my person.
